CICLA Laundry & Dry Cleaning Pro Services ("CICLA") is a service offered by Cleanology Cleaning Company ("Cleanology," "we," "us," or "our"), a Florida-based cleaning services company. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CICLA website at ciclamiami.xyz and any related services we provide.
By accessing our website, submitting a booking request, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
CICLA provides laundry and dry cleaning coordination services in the Miami, Florida area. Our services include:
CICLA's laundry and dry cleaning services are fulfilled in partnership with Laundryheap, an independent third-party service provider. When you book a laundry or dry cleaning service through CICLA, your order is ultimately fulfilled by Laundryheap, and you will be directed to Laundryheap's platform to complete your booking.
CICLA earns a referral commission on orders placed through our partnership link. This does not affect the price you pay. Laundryheap's own terms of service and privacy policy apply to the fulfillment of your laundry order. CICLA is not responsible for delays, errors, or issues arising from Laundryheap's operations.
A $5.95 CICLA Service Fee is charged per booking. This fee covers coordination, scheduling, customer support, and platform operations. The service fee is non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed and submitted to our fulfillment partners.
The CICLA Service Fee is separate from and in addition to any fees charged by Laundryheap for the fulfillment of your laundry order.
All pricing, service fees, turnaround times, promotional codes, and service availability displayed on this website are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Prices shown are estimates based on standard conditions and may vary based on order volume, location, special items, or other factors.
Turnaround times (24-hour standard, preferred delivery window, next available, same-day) are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual turnaround times depend on Laundryheap's operational capacity, driver availability, and other conditions outside of CICLA's control.
Same-day service is offered as a request only and is subject to availability. CICLA makes no guarantee that same-day requests will be fulfilled. If same-day service is unavailable, your order will be processed on the next available schedule.
Promotional codes and discount offers are subject to change, expiration, or withdrawal at any time. CICLA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer without notice.
Booking requests submitted through our website are not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from CICLA. Submission of a booking form does not constitute a binding contract.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. CICLA does not store your full payment card information. By submitting payment, you authorize CICLA to charge the stated amount to your payment method.
CICLA bills customers directly and pays Laundryheap on a monthly invoice basis. Your payment to CICLA covers both the CICLA Service Fee and the estimated Laundryheap service cost.
Cancellations must be requested at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup window. Cancellations made after this window may not be eligible for a refund.
The $5.95 CICLA Service Fee is non-refundable in all circumstances once a booking has been submitted. Refunds for the laundry service portion are subject to Laundryheap's refund policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CICLA and Cleanology Cleaning Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to delays in service, damage to garments or items, or errors in order fulfillment.
CICLA's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to CICLA for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
