This Privacy Policy applies to the CICLA website at ciclamiami.xyz and all associated services operated by Cleanology Cleaning Company under EPD Companies. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you have questions, contact us at [email protected].
When you submit a booking request, lead capture form, or contact inquiry through the CICLA website, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), service address, and any notes or preferences you include. This information is used solely to process your request and communicate with you about your order.
Like most websites, we collect standard server log data including your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. This data is used for analytics, security monitoring, and improving site performance. We do not sell or share this data with third parties for advertising purposes.
CICLA processes payments through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never see, store, or have access to your full card number, CVV, or expiration date. Stripe handles all payment data directly. You can review Stripe's privacy practices at stripe.com/privacy.
CICLA fulfills laundry and dry cleaning orders through our partnership with Laundryheap. When you book a laundry service through CICLA, your name, contact information, and service address are shared with Laundryheap to facilitate pickup and delivery. Laundryheap operates under its own privacy policy, available at laundryheap.com. CICLA earns a referral commission on orders placed through our partnership link.
CICLA is a service of Cleanology Cleaning Company, operating under EPD Companies. When you book a bundle that includes home cleaning services, your information is shared with Cleanology's scheduling team to coordinate your appointment.
We use a limited number of trusted service providers to operate the website, including hosting infrastructure, email delivery, and analytics. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to CICLA.
CICLA does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing or advertising purposes. Period.
Our website uses HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Our server infrastructure is protected by HTTP security headers (Content Security Policy, HSTS, X-Frame-Options), rate limiting on all API endpoints, and regular security reviews. Sensitive operations such as payment processing are handled entirely by Stripe's secure infrastructure.
We collect only the information necessary to provide our services. We do not build behavioral profiles, track you across other websites, or use your data for purposes unrelated to your CICLA service requests.
We retain your contact and booking information for up to 24 months to support customer service inquiries and order history. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to request corrections if any information is inaccurate or incomplete.
You may request that we delete your personal information from our systems. We will honor deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.
If you have received marketing communications from CICLA, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly. Transactional communications related to your active orders are not affected.
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. CICLA does not sell personal information. To exercise your CCPA rights, contact us at [email protected].
CICLA uses session cookies necessary for the website to function, including authentication state and form security. These cannot be disabled without affecting site functionality.
We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns and improve the website. Analytics data is not linked to individual identities and is not shared with advertising networks.
We do not currently use Google Ads, Meta Pixel, or any other advertising tracking technology on this website. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated and users will be notified.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of CICLA services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
